News source leaked that new apple mobile will be integrated with upgraded 13 megapixel camera and flash light on its back. The most interesting thing that apple has purchased WPU (Wireless Changing System) technology that will enable you to charge your mobile through nearby magnetic field resonance. But it is not confirmed that iPhone 5s or 6 will be with this technology. iOS 7 could be the operating system for it but apple has not confirmed anything about it.

The release of Apple iPhone 5 in September shows that new iPhone will release in the same days as iphone5 released in September 2012. IOS7 will release in June or could be delay till end of 2013.
