Lick a Pic

Just when one tends to think they have seen everything in creativity, along comes an artist whose bizarre style makes one rethink. An artist may or may not be known to the masses and still be highly creative in their own regard. One such artist, whose name is not yet known, is very famous on a street in Chinatown, Singapore.

We’ve seen artists create designs out of sand; we have witnessed excellent skills in calligraphy, illustrations and other fields. However, this particular artist has lick and chew in order to create his line of artifacts. Moreover, he does not lick and chew wood or any other non-edible item. He actually creates a 3D Lollipop Portraits! All you have to do is buy a lollipop from him and pay him to do his thing. The next thing you know, he’s lick and chewing the lollipop and then minutes later, voila, an actual 3d portrait.

This seems utterly unbelievable on hearing but that does not mean it isn’t true. This is Gods way of telling us that he can grant anyone with any special talent. We all play with our food in our mouths. We like tantalizing our taste buds by trying to keep a mouthful of our favorite cuisines as long as possible before swallowing it; savoring the taste in the process. Never can we chew our food and then take it out of our mouths, expecting it to be a piece of art. This street artist definitely has a special gift. How else can you describe a combination of teeth and saliva creating a portrait out of a sweet tasting lollipop? At the end of the day, everyone has something special and our guy, apparently, is special in mouth created portraits. This world and its people never seize to amaze me.
