Getting comments in your blog provides you with motivation to help keep posting and blogging. It is encouraging when you are aware that somebody is out there to appreciate your work, although not everybody would like to comment as well as has something to express.
There are lots of commenting system and plugins to encourage your readers but i will mention only 4 ways that can help.
DISQUS is a comments platform, that we are using and it can help you build an active community out of your website’s audience. I like the usability and clean look of Disqus. It is simple to install and is widely used. It also helps to build social relationships as you comment on other people’s blogs and websites.
2. Comment Luv
Although i use Diqus comment system but many bloggers are using Comment Luv too. Using this comment system you can reward your visitors by automatically putting a backlink to their last blog post at the end of their comment. It will encourage a community to comment and let them experience new posts too.
This plugin is good to thank your community, because it automatically send an e-mail to those who leave a comment at your blog. It’ll prompt those to further build relationships with your website.
4. TwitterLink Plugin
This is quite rare but excellent method to encourage leaving comments. The reader just has to leave the comment with twitter user name and a url to the twitter account will be displayed in the comment.
