Rook Floro is Bangkok, Thailand, and presently lives in Birmingham, England. His art looks into ideas of human metamorphosis especially the strain between desiring change and appreciating yourself.
His Shadow sculpture/performance piece is inspired by Carl Jung’s psychological theory concerning the shadow. Which concerns with the repressed ideas, weakness, and desires of oneself that the conscious mind refuses to acknowledge.
